Air Force 1 iD - Fall of Rome: Lupe Fiasco

Lupe Fiasco's name has been bouncing around a lot lately in the fashion world. You probably seen him do collabos with Converse or Dr Romaneli just to name a few. He also had a deal with Reebok just a few years back. Well now he is back on the scene with an official collabo with Nike and their iD crew. Lupe decided to work his magic out on a pair of AF1s and hence came these, better known as the Fall of Rome. The name F.o.R. was inspired by his record label. As you can see, Lupe kept it simple and chill just like his personality. Using a simple colorway of black and gold with premium patent leather and premium leather, he created a masterpiece or should I say a collectores item. As of right now, they are limited to only 4 pairs, yes I said it, 4 pairs worldwide. No word on a release date, but stay posted. Pics via kicksonfire.

MT580 2009 Preview

I said it before and I will say it again, New Balance is making an official comeback. NBs have been making short appearances to the US while being well established in countries such as Australia and Japan to be exact. With the pics of the fall samples as well as these, I will say New Balances are here to stay. What is liked most about these MT580 isn't just there colorway, their features appeal to runners as well as the regular sneakerheads. I am loving the idea of simple colorways, that can be used in everyday life. I just more sneaker companies would get back to the basics and just keep it simple. David Z x Asic Gel Lyte III

Just this past thursday at the David Z store located on 54th and 7th, Ronnie Fieg unleashed his 4th callabo with Asics and their Gel Lyte III. The event was another success for the young entrepreneur, having the likes of Chris Vadal, Manhattan and the whole Lemar Dauley crew just to name a few. But enough with them, what about the kickz. Oh yes, the kickz are dope, coming in a colorway of white purple orange and black. Also released on the sameday were the GT Quicks in a simple but eye catchy colorway of black purple with aqua speckles on the mid-sole. Matter fact, you be the judge of it all, here is some pics.

Yes yes yes, glad the damn Lakers did not win. Congratulation to the whole city of Boston and your Celtics for a big big win(131-92). We here at Secret Society new you all was going to win, but we did not see the blow out. What happened to the Lakers and unstoppable offense. Just shows you that Anything is Possible when your team is on the same page. Once again shout out to the Boston Celtics and their fans. Hopefully the Knicks will come around one day and we can be celebrating ourselves.
